Welcome to Paraktio Beach Apartment on the island of Rhodes. Paraktio Beach Apartments is a first class beach apartment and studios complex in a quiet location. Located in the picturesque and relaxing, beautiful area of Kiotari with sand and pebbles beach in southern part of Rhodes island, between the famous village Lindos and Prassonissi windsurfing region, 65 km from the city of Rhodes.
 

The building with 7 studios / apartments is on top of a small bay at the waterfront, a few steps away from the beach. All rooms have a unique view to the sea. We offer 4 studios for 2 persons and 3 apartments for 2-4 persons all with sea view and furnished with all modern accessories, kitchenette, A/C, satellite tv and radio and hair-dryer. All studios and apartments are equipped with domestic equipment, sheets and towels.


The studios for 2 persons are on the ground floor and have a small kitchen and bedroom, WC with shower, individually controlled air conditioning as well as a spacious sea view terrace with trees, sundbeds and a fantastic pergola with a stone made sitting area and a panoramic sea view. The indoor area of these studios is not separated by any wall.


The apartments for 2 persons are located on the first floor and have a Rhodian style loft with a double bed, but there is the possibility to accommodate one more person (child) on the lower level which comprises a non-separated area, with approximately 32 sq. meters including a kitchen and a living room. Our guests may enjoy a fantastic panoramic sea view from the balcony with it sunbed.


The apartments for 2-4 persons are located on the first floor with a Rhodian style loft (where 2 persons sleep on the comfortable double bed and another 2 persons can be accommodated in the lower level. These apartments are not separated by any interior walls and feature a total space of approximately 37 sq. meters including the living room and the kitchen. Our guests may enjoy a breathtaking view of the sea from the big balcony and may relax while enjoying the Hellenic sun and the magic of the sea with the never-ending blue.


On the ground floor of the logging there is a breakfast hall – café with a never ending view to the Aegean Sea. This area also operates as a reception & information desk. Through the lush green garden, you will reach a small staircase that leads you to the beach. There is also a private parking area.
